Jeremy has been an engineer for 21 years and has experience on over 2,500 residential projects through evaluations, report writing, and structural engineering of foundation retrofits.

Jeremy has provided concept to completion structural engineering services and structural project management on a variety of projects for over 21 years in numerous sectors including commercial, industrial, military, aviation, education, city/county, water, justice, and entertainment. Jeremy’s past clients include LA Metro (LACMTA), FAA, NASA, GSA/FBI, Army Corps, Air Force, Caltrans, CHP, OCSD, OCPW, Community College Districts, Administrative Office of the Courts (Kentucky and Illinois), California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, Aerospace Corp., Port of Los Angeles, Port of Long Beach, Waste Management, Universal Studios, Disney Imagineering, Carl’s Jr. Enterprises, Edwards Lifesciences, various school districts, local city municipalities, etc. Jeremy was the recipient of the following awards 2011 National New Face of Civil Engineering (by ASCE; single recipient of top honor), 2012 California ‘Top 20 under 40’ (by ENR), and 2013 Rising Star in Structural Engineering (by Structural Engineer Magazine).

Internationally, Jeremy provided post-disaster structural assessments in earthquake damaged Christchurch, New Zealand to help people occupy their homes, was a EWB Conference Keynote Speaker to 600 people, provided emergency post-disaster structural assessments in earthquake damaged Concepcion, Chile allowing economic and social recovery to begin, served on a team traveling to post-war Liberia to design 3 new buildings on a college campus to train the nation’s future leaders, and served on a team traveling to post-war Uganda to assist in medical, relational, and psychological recovery efforts for refugees in Internally Displaced People’s camps in Uganda. Externally, Jeremy has been a weekly Los Angeles Radio Show Host (2008-2018), weekly Teacher (2013-2018) at local adult class, and Cofounder and Chairman of the Board (2008-2018) for a local non-profit mentoring center (“ReWritten”) in an impoverished inner city neighborhood. Internally, Jeremy served on a strategic planning committee with his firms to guide CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activities such as the Engineers Without Borders partnership/sponsorship program.
